In November of 2022, an incredible and historic victory occurred in the psychedelic reclamation when Colorado voters passed Proposition 122, aka the Natural Medicine Health Act (MNHA). This effectively and immediately legalized the personal use, possession, growing, transport, uncompensated sharing, of several natural medicines for people aged 21 years and older. Included in the NMHA were psilocybin containing mushrooms and psilocin (the active ingredient of psilocybin mushrooms), dimethyltryptamine (DMT), ibogaine, and mescaline (huachuma, aka San Pedro, but not peyote). The sale of these natural medicines is prohibited.
With the passage of the NMHA, Entheos Aspen is legally able to offer support services to individuals and groups engaged in the use of psilocybin and the other natural medicines under the personal use provision of Proposition 122. Entheos Aspen only works with individuals within the context of intentional use for purposes of healing and personal or spiritual growth. These services include preparation and integration coaching, guidance, bona fide support services, and bona fide harm reduction. We also offer these support services to groups that wish to utilize these healing natural medicines in a retreat setting.

Under the NMHA, Entheos Aspen is not able to sell psilocybin or other natural medicines, nor can we recommend that you use them. When the state finalizes the licensing regulations for healing centers and facilitators later in 2024, Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy will be legally available in Colorado.
