Welcome

Entheos: Greek á¼”νθεος - (adj.) the divine within.

Entheos Aspen was founded to bring the transformative, healing power of psychedelic-assisted therapy to the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. The vision is a world where these healing molecules are accessible to all who could benefit from them and where mental wellbeing is viewed as an essential component of a healthy, fulfilling life.

All About Me

My passion for this work is fueled by a deep sense of purpose and commitment to my clients. I work closely with individuals so that they feel safe, supported, seen, heard, and considered as they address their challenges and navigate their inner landscape. Together, we embark on an incredible journey of self-exploration, healing, and growth. This empowers people to find healing within as they unlock new levels of insight and find healthier ways of being in relationship with themselves and others in the world to achieve greater wellbeing.

As a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Practitioner, Transformational Life Coach, Holistic Health Coach, and Registered Nurse, I support clients throughout the entire process, from the thorough intake and preparation sessions, to the medicine session(s), and throughout the integration process afterward.

I have completed extensive training from well respected institutions such as:

  • California Institute of Integral Studies, Center for Psychedelic Therapy and Research

  • Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), MDMA-Assisted Therapy

  • Ketamine Training Center, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

  • Numinus, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

  • Center for Medicinal Mindfulness, Cannabis-Assisted Therapy and Somatic Therapy

  • Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Holistic Health Coach

  • University of Colorado at Anschutz, BS in Nursing

Other Modalities I have trained in:

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping)

  • Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté)

  • Somatic Experiencing (Dr. Peter Levine)

I am dedicated to excellence and integrity in the field of psychedelic therapy and adhere strictly to the MAPS MDMA -Assisted Therapy Code of Ethics. I continuously invest in my personal and professional development through monthly trainings, conferences, and clinical supervision so that I can stay up-to-date on the research and best practices in this emerging field.

I am a member of:

  • American Psychedelic Practitioners Association

  • Psychedelic Medicine Association

  • Organization of Psychedelic & Entheogenic Nurses

  • Ketamine Professional Associates

  • American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners

I co-lead the Roaring Fork Psychedelic Integration Circle in Carbondale on the second Tuesday of each month. This is a free community event where the community can come together, share, and receive support in processing their entheogenic or psychedelic experiences in a safe, confidential container.

Last, but not least, I am very committed to doing my own work and have a deep personal relationship with each of the medicines I work with. I firmly believe that it is essential and a responsibility for anyone working with people going into non-ordinary states of consciousness to do the same. Its is a question that should be asked of anyone you consider working with as we can only take someone as far as we have gone ourselves. To the degree that we have met our own pain and darkness and transcended it will we be able to hold the light for others to do the same. It is not only about training and hours of hands-on experience with clients. While this also has value, it is through personal work with the medicines where the capacity to hold others with profound attunement, non-judgment, compassion, trust of the medicine and the process, their inner healing wisdom, and their inherent transformational ability is forged.
